Questions

How do I buy a licence?

From the plugin: open its licence panel and press Buy licence. In Neo Pitch One that is the LICENCE panel; in Warper, click the WARPER name at the bottom of the window. The checkout already knows your computer, and the licence is emailed to you as soon as you pay.

From this page: press Buy. The email after payment has the installer and a link; paste the activation code from the plugin's licence panel there and the licence follows by email.

No account is needed either way.

How many computers can I use it on?

One licence is for one computer. For more computers, raise the quantity at checkout: each copy is a licence for one more computer.

How do I move my licence to another computer?

Open the link in your licence email. On the old computer, press Deactivate in the plugin's licence panel: the licence stops working there and a receipt goes to your clipboard. Paste that receipt on the page, together with the activation code from the new computer, and the new licence arrives by email.

You can do this yourself once every six months. If the old computer no longer works, or you need to move sooner, write to us.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

The trial is the full plugin. After 7 days it stops processing until you add a licence. There is nothing to reinstall: the trial and the paid version are the same installer.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Paddle, and its refund policy applies. The 7-day trial is there so you can be sure the plugin works in your setup before you pay. If anything goes wrong with a purchase, write to us and we will put it right.

What are the system requirements?

Mac: macOS 11 Big Sur or later, Apple Silicon or Intel. VST3, AU and AAX.

Windows: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. VST3 and AAX.

Warper also runs as a standalone app on both systems.
