Free plan
Last updated 1 August 2026
Neo Dub Studio has a free plan precisely so you can find out whether the service works for you before paying. Use it first. This policy covers what happens if you have paid and want your money back.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not pro-rated back.
Cancel from your account page, or through the link in any invoice Paddle has sent you.
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. That right ends once the service has begun with your agreement — and by starting to use a paid plan, you ask us to begin immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already supplied.
If you have not used the plan at all, ask us within 14 days and we will refund it.
We will refund, on request, where:
We would rather fix the problem than argue about it. If something went wrong, tell us what happened and we will deal with it fairly.
Credits are consumed by work that actually runs. If the service is unavailable, nothing runs and nothing is charged — an outage costs you time, not credits, and your balance is exactly where you left it when the service returns.
For that reason we do not issue automatic refunds or service credits for downtime, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. If an outage was long enough to have genuinely cost you, tell us and we may add credits to your account — but that is a goodwill gesture, decided case by case, and not something you can rely on in advance.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, which we cannot and do not exclude.
Write to [email protected] or use the contact page. Include the email on the account and roughly when you were charged. We answer within five working days.
Payments are taken by Paddle as merchant of record, so an approved refund is issued by Paddle to the original payment method. It usually appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
